ARC APPLICATION AND SUBMISSION AND APPROVAL PROCESS
- Download Application from Lakeviewatluckfarm.com website (ARC_Form)
- Email completed Application, plat, description with pictures of improvements to [email protected]
- Hannah Cox will review the application to make sure all information is attached and when ready forward to Laura Thornton, ARC Chair.
- Laura Thornton will send to the ARC Committee for input and discussion with a final recommendation being sent to the Board Members for a final vote.
- Board will vote and Approval will be sent back to the management company so a final approval letter can be emailed to the Homeowner.
